Hello! I'm Kadi Moreno, a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Health & Life Coach, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Pre and Postnatal Trainer. I'm passionate about empowering women to lead healthier, more balanced lives through personalized fitness and nutrition programs tailored to each stage of hormonal life.

My approach is deeply rooted in understanding the unique challenges women face, including navigating all phases of the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and pivotal hormonal shifts such as perimenopause and menopause.

My journey into fitness began with a personal quest to understand the fluctuations I experienced throughout the month and how they affected every aspect of my life. This led me to explore various workouts and lifestyles, igniting a passion for discovering what truly creates lasting results.

I believe in more than just workouts and diets; I strive to foster enduring changes that resonate through all facets of your life. Whether you're a busy professional, a nurturing mother, or someone rediscovering your health, I'm here to guide you toward a toned body using all available tools—efficiently and effectively, without wasting your time.

Enjoy 60 minutes of personalized training tailored to your fitness level and goals, whether in a gym in Northfield, IL, or the comfort of your own home. If you're toning, building strength, or improving overall fitness, I’ll guide you through a dynamic workout using either gym equipment or the equipment you already have. If the gym feels intimidating, no worries—I can come to your home for a more private, convenient experience. I offer home visits in Wilmette, Winnetka, Evanston, Northfield, Glenview, and Skokie, making it easy for you to focus on your fitness in the setting that suits you best.

 PERSONAL TRAINING 
VIRTUAL SESSIONS 

Train in the comfort of your home, virtually! With just basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, I’ll guide you through a 60-minute session via Zoom, delivering a fully customized workout tailored to your fitness goals. For those who prefer more flexibility, I offer a DIY fitness program designed specifically for your needs. After an initial assessment, I’ll create a tailored plan that you can follow at your own pace. Every four weeks, we’ll have a check-in to assess your progress, make adjustments, and ensure you're on track.

HEALTH COACHING 

In a 30-45 minute session, either by phone or in person, we’ll assess your unique needs and create personalized strategies for nutrition and lifestyle changes that support your fitness and overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to boost energy, balance hormones, or adopt sustainable habits, you’ll gain the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

I also offer Meal Prep Coaching to help you plan and prepare healthy meals for yourself or your family. Together, we’ll develop efficient, stress-free strategies to make meal prep easier and ensure you’re nourishing yourself and your loved ones.
